Accomodations

The residences are a part of a modern villa situated in a peaceful countryside with a romantic sea view. The guests can enjoy two different spacious residences “Sciroccu” and “Libici”, each of them with a separate and private entrance.

Furnished in fresh contemporary style that reflects the essence of Sicily, each residence incorporates a fully equipped  kitchen, a large living room with a  comfortable sofabed, a glass wall that allows the guest to enjoy the relaxing view of the Patti’s Gulf and the Aeolian Islands. The residence also features a spacious private veranda with outdoor seating useful for having lunch or dinner surrounded by orange and lemon trees. A shower and a washbasin complete the veranda facilities.

Each residence provides two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with twins beds, each room has a big wardrobe, a dresser and a writing desk.

The modern spacious bathroom is decorated with colored tiles, it has a large shower and everything you need for personal care.
Guests can also benefit from easy direct access between the two residences that come in handy for two families or groups who enjoy their holidays together in a total privacy within each own apartment.
